  • Pour boiling water over the leaves, cover the cup with a plate, and let them steep for 5-10 minutes.
  • Strain out the leaves and sweeten your herbal tea with honey, maple syrup, or any other sweetener if desired.

Notes

Lavender blossoms work synergistically with lemon balm for easing stress and overall tension. If you'd like to include lavender in this tea, add 1 teaspoon of dried blossoms.
