Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups fresh pineapple (diced)
  • 1 cup fresh mango (peeled and diced)
  • 2 tbsp red onion (minced)
  • ½ -1 jalapeño (seeded and diced - optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 fresh lime (juiced)

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients in a bowl and serve. This seasoning and salsa also goes great with chicken!
