Coconut Blueberry Popsicles Recipe
Cool and creamy blueberry popsicles make a healthy and tasty summertime treat.

Ingredients

cups
coconut milk
¾
cups
fresh or frozen blueberries
(thawed)
½
tsp
vanilla extract

tbsp
raw honey
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze 4 hours or until frozen solid.
Remove from molds and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to use more honey if your blueberries are particularly tart.
