oranges
(peeled and deseeded -if necessary)

frozen banana
(peeled before freezing)
½
cup
cream
2-4
egg yolks
(from pastured chickens - optional, can use raw or cooked)
1
tsp
vanilla extract
(you can
make your own vanilla extract)
1-2
tbsp
collagen powder
(which is the kind that doesn't clump in cold liquids)
maple syrup
(or raw honey)
Instructions
Place the oranges, frozen banana, cream, vanilla, gelatin and egg yolks (if using) in a blender. I use
this high-powered blender
because it creates a very smooth texture
,
but any one will work. Blend and serve immediately.
