Lourdes Hydrofix

The Lourdes Hydrofix is a multi-purpose tool that can be used to make hydrogen water and deliver inhaled molecular hydrogen via a cannula (tube that rests under your nose).

Molecular hydrogen isn’t well-known in the United States, but a quick search on PubMed will show that it has a lot of benefits along with an excellent safety profile. In Japan, where most of the research on molecular hydrogen has been done, it’s actually used in hospitals. (1)

Since most of the research is done in Japan, the best machines are Japanese, which is pretty great unless you’re trying to read instruction manuals.

Last year I finally bought the Lourdes Hydrofix from Holy Hydrogen, and I’m so happy I did. My heart rate variability score, which is an indirect measure of overall well-being, tends to be higher on days that I use it.

It’s manufactured in Japan – and the main manual is in Japanese – but the amazing guys at Holy Hydrogen have created English videos and instructions that make using it super easy.
