Each beef recipe is prepared using 100% organic, grass-fed and grass-finished beef. Grass-fed beef is a bit leaner than grain-fed beef, but the meat contains a better ratio of Omega 3 vs Omega 6 fatty acids. I can pick up organic grass-fed beef from the local grocery store, but I prefer to order my ribeyes, ground beef, rump roast, stir fry and flank steak from Butcher Box in advance and have it delivered on a regular monthly cycle.
