We L-O-V-E seafood in this family, so we take extra care in sourcing our fish and shellfish. I always look for sources that offer wild caught (as opposed to farm raised), and I typically prefer smaller fish to larger fish due to consistently higher mercury levels found in larger ocean fish. When I buy tuna, I order this tuna because they measure each fish for mercury levels before processing.
