PaleoValley Snacks & Supplements
I keep a stash of PaleoValley snacks for times that I don’t have time to make everything from scratch, and they make some great supplements, too. Here’s what I use and recommend:
✅ Superfood Bars – Unlike one of the most popular protein bars, which contains: 4g of protein
- 9g of fat
- 23g of sugar
. . . PaleoValley makes their bars with NO ADDED SUGAR and MORE PROTEIN, including grass-fed bone broth protein that’s rich in collagen – the most abundant protein in our bodies (bones, muscles, skin, blood vessels, tendons AND the digestive system).
They also incorporate healthy fats and other nutrient-dense foods like vitamin C rich acerola cherry, spirulina, turmeric and wild blueberries. Oh, and they’re delicious and satisfying. (We recommend the Lemon Meringue and Apple Cinnamon.)
✅ Vanilla Bone Broth Protein – Sweetened with monk fruit extract, this stuff tastes like cake. I love adding a scoop to my coffee in the morning.
✅ Naturally Fermented Grass-Fed Beef Sticks – I personally like the jalapeno flavor, but my kids prefer the original and summer sausage flavors.
✅ Whole Food Supplements – My favorites are the Vitamin C Complex and Grass-Fed Organ Complex.
