Drizzled over crumbled bacon salad or as a dunking sauce for homemade chicken tenders, this little recipe is perfect when you’re short on time. Just throw the ingredients in a blender, give it a whir, and and pour it on . . . . well, anything. I’ve used it as a marinade for chicken and shish kabobs, poured it over roasted pears & crisp romaine lettuce, and even served as a dip for veggies.
Oh, and it takes less than five minutes to make, because motherhood. 🙂

Quick Homemade Ketchup Recipe – This ketchup does magic tricks. Any time a dish doesn’t go over well with my kids I just add a little ketchup and – POOF – it disappears.
Homemade Ranch Dressing – This recipe is so much better than store-bought versions, which often contain MSG, solvent-extracted vegetable oils, trans fats and artificial flavors.
Homemade Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce – This quick and easy recipe is lip smacking good over brisket, ribs, grilled chicken and even burgers.
Easy Homemade Mayo – If you’ve ever tried making homemade mayo and it flopped, you need to watch this video! I’ll show you a tip that makes it nearly fail proof – and it’s faster, too.

Ooo – thank you very much for this! I love honey mustard dressing but havent had it in so long b/c the ingredients in “regular” honey mustard dressing are not good for you! Cant wait to try this one 🙂
You’re so welcome! My husband ranch and it was so frustrating to try to find healthy versions . . . even at Whole Foods. So much soy, etc. When I learned how easy it is to make I was shocked and began making all my own dressings. This has become a fave in our house because it’s GAPS friendly.
Looks delish! I hope to make ketchup this summer since my little one loves that on everything — she loves dipping sauces. Have you made your own ranch dressing before??
Yes, we have! I was shocked when I learned how easy and inexpensive ranch is to make . . . we paid $7 a bottle for the “healthy” stuff at Whole Foods! I’ve tried ketchup too, but without much success 🙁
Can I get your ranch recipe!?
Thank you for posting your recipe. My wife loves honey mustard dressing. I am going to try your recipe and see if she likes it.
I can’t wait to try this. I’m a huge fane of making my own dressings.
my hubby specificially requested this to try tonight!
made it and he liked it!
Haha, I did this onve too!I felt so bad
@ Mommypotamus, one more thing, he even used it as a spread on his burger last night!
I’ve been making my own dressing for a long time now, for two reasons. The bad for you ingredients and the cost. Usually I just combine all the ingredients in a jar and shake it all together. I made your recipe in the bullet last night and oh my…. LOVE that it came out thick and fluffy, more like a spread or a dip. I will have to store this in a mason jar instead of my usual salad dressing jars that I pour from but this is going in favorite recipes folder! Thanks you:)
Woohoo! So happy you liked it, Barb. Thank you for taking the time to let me know 🙂
i love ur recipes the look so light and good thanx
